Home Staging & Preparation
In addition to market research and overall consultation, we will walk through your home room by room with you and assist in the staging process to prep for our professional photographer. Should you request a professional stager with furniture, we have you covered there too! Since you are moving, we encourage you by providing boxes and wrapping material. We also have a list of preferred vendors who can come in and get your home into tip top shape.


Advertising Your Home
Our approach includes a targeted digital marketing strategy, social media advertising, email marketing, and personalized 1 to 1 outreach to the right buyer. For our luxury home clients we also offer international exposure through luxury home agent associations and we can add advertisement in the Wall Street Journal.
Opening Your Doors
With every open house, we aim to create a buzz and energy that will generate a sense of urgency and potential fear of loss if buyers don’t act on their interest in your home. To introduce your home to local buyer agents, we hold broker open houses as well as pre-marketing your home in local agent social media sites. And, if need be, we will open doors and turn on and off lights if you cannot do that.


Close & Celebrate!
We’ll handle the title, closing services, inspection, and appraisals to make sure the closing of your home goes smoothly. Then we celebrate!
